In 1908 A set of 18 stamps was issued to commemorate the 60th anniversary of the accession of Emperor Francis Joseph I. The lowest 11 values were issued with coated paper, while the remaining 7 values were issued on white to yellowish uncoated paper.
In 1913 the low values were reissued on uncoated paper, causing the colours to differ somewhat from the original set.
Finally, in 1916 the higher values, with the exception of the 50 heller, were reissued on a grey paper.
